Cranfield University and Caltec Open Day 2009

A demonstration rig has been built in the Flow Laboratory of Cranfield University and will be available to view on the day.

A unique system which boasts some of the following features:

• Typically increases production from low pressure wells by 25%-40%
• Uses existing sources of high pressure gas/oil as the motive force
• Compact in-line system
• Rapid Deployment
• Is available as standard and bespoke solutions
• Contains no moving parts, so minimal or no maintenance required.

This ongoing project is led by Caltec Limited in partnership with Cranfield University, Global Web and Petrofac. The project looks to develop Caltec's existing multiphase production boosting technology into a standardized system for deployment in the UKCS. Caltec is currently manufacturing a full scale system for deployment in the UKCS later this year.
